So what was great with the old system, I could look log in quickly and check my herd in less that three minutes. I usually have several windows open when I am really in a hurry

The current system is "slow" for the following reason
1)Waiting for everything to load for the login
2)Waiting for the barn to load
3)Waiting for assitants to load
4)Waiting for store to load
Basically waiting for anything to load when I used to do it in a single click. What's annoying is that sometimes it freezes.

I think that to "speed" things up it would be easier if we could open several tabs or windows ...

Really? My load is faster than it was in V1. The only portion of the game that loads slower is the beginning & even then it's only about 30 seconds to load for my game.

Are you sure it's not something with your computer or browser? I do know with a game style like V2 is now malware & old browser/flash versions will bog the game down.

I don't have any issues with other websites or the previous version- I have basic dsl- I frequently have to refresh the page when the loading slows downs

The load is faster, the thing I don't like about the new set-up is having to open the Pony's own window to see any information other than the name. Could we possible see age and not until you are married on the main window with 12 ponies please? I feel lost inside my own herd Catitiz_PDT_34

Previous version of PV operated differently than the new one. Malware would not have been as noticeable to the loading because no streaming. & comparing to other games & pages only works if they are same stream style as the new PV. I use basic DSL too. So, I'm not sure that would matter for you since mine is faster loading.

You are the first person I've heard with a slower game tyr2t. I would recommend checking for malware. It is simple & easy. There are plenty of free services you can easily download on line if you don't already have a current malware service, like malwarebytes.org.

I have no problems with other websites - The problem is not on my side because many people have reported it on the french forum as well and the response there was more encouraging.

All new softwares have 71% bugs when released and I think that when a player reports something the fault should not be bounced back onto the player. Not all players will get the same bugs that's a fact and some bugs will only affect a minority of users. That's when techs have to work on the "fine tuning " as I call it.

Telling a user that you should check your pc is like saying "We don't care what you think and find the solution yourself as we don't need you" this also discourages other users to come forward

I would also like to point out that I have come across pornographic content on matomy offers ( and reported it) and if my system judges that some sites have malware the issues is really from PV.

the mods pass along the reports. Sarcasm that our response are not sufficient when we are volunteers is not really appreciated. We are working thorough translation issues as the devs are French this being the English forum we don't speak French fluently.

Your issue is not universal. We are not ALL experiencing it so it is not a system wide issue. It is only effecting some people. Since the mods are NOT programers or developers, we are doing the best we can with the information we have.

As to matomony, it is not part of PV, we will mention to the devs that it is displaying inappropriate content.
