migrating my account

how do i migrate my old V1 account to the new V2 i have tryed so many times but it wont let me Catitiz_PDT_26

please help

I think the V1 has been deleted already. I've tried too but nothing worked.

I did it yesterday, so my advice would be to keep trying. Maybe try on another computer, or web browser? Best of luck to you!
